All clothing orders are dispatched within 2 business days, and all jewellery orders are dispatched within 10 business days from the bybae office in Sydney, Australia.

Estimated Shipping Times Post-Dispatch:
🇦🇺 Domestic (Australia): 2–6 business days (varies by location)
🌍 International: 6–15 business days (varies by location)

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Our main delivery provider is Australia Post.

What is a Pre-Order, and how does it work?

Bybae's exclusive pre-order means that you are securing our products before they have officially launched! 

Pre-Order Dispatch will take approximately 6-8 weeks. 

We appreciate your support and patience - You'll receive updates along the way and tracking information! 

What fabrics are used in bybae activewear?

Our sports range is made from a blend of recycled nylon and spandex, offering a sustainable yet high-performance fit. The rest of our collection is crafted from a balanced mix of nylon and spandex, ensuring comfort, stretch, and durability.

How do I care for my bybae activewear? 

2 simple steps:

1. Hand wash in cold water (make sure clothing is inside-out and with like colours) 
2. Lay flat to dry in shade or indoors

That's it! 

*Important note - do not bleach or iron.
