Free Shipping
As a thank you for your support, we offer free standard shipping on eligible orders, including:
🇦🇺 Australia: For orders over $100 AUD
🌍 International: For orders over $250 AUD*
Please note, this is only valid for standard shipping. Express shipping is not included in this offer.

Regular Dispatch Times
Clothing: Dispatched within 24 hours (1 business day)
Jewellery: Dispatched within 10 business days
Estimated Delivery Times (Post-Dispatch)

🌍 International: 2–15 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

bybae is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

What is a Pre-Order, and how does it work?
bybae’s exclusive pre-order system allows you to secure pieces before their official release.
By offering select items on pre-order, we’re able to produce more intentionally, reduce waste, and give our community early access to limited collections before they sell out.
Please note that pre-order items have a longer dispatch timeframe than ready-to-ship products.
What is the dispatch time for a Pre-Order?
Please check the product page for dispatch times as every pre-order is different. You'll receive updates along the way and tracking information!
What happens if my parcel is lost or delayed?
Once orders have been dispatched, bybae is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or unforeseen transit issues.
If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist in locating your order.
What fabrics are used in bybae activewear?
Our sports range is made from a blend of recycled nylon and spandex, offering a sustainable yet high-performance fit. The rest of our collection is crafted from a balanced mix of polyester, nylon and spandex, ensuring comfort, stretch, and durability.
How do I care for my bybae activewear?
2 simple steps:
- Hand wash in cold water (make sure clothing is inside-out and with like colours)
- Lay flat to dry in shade or indoors
That's it!
