RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your bybae pieces. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle it 🤍

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. After this period, we’re unable to accept returns.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original packaging and tags must be intact

Items returned worn, damaged, or altered (outside of a fault on our end) may be refused or refunded partially.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Before sending anything back, please contact us via our Contact page with the subject line “Return / Refund”.

If approved, you’ll be asked to return your item to:
2/39 Bay Street, Double Bay NSW 2028

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, minus original shipping costs. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

EXCHANGES

Ordered the wrong size? We’ve got you 🤍
We’re happy to offer size exchanges on the same item, subject to availability.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Faulty or damaged items will be replaced at no extra cost

 

SHIPPING RETURNS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If your refund hasn’t appeared yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your payment provider (processing times vary)

  3. Reach out to your bank
