Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This giveaway is conducted by bybae (“Promoter”), based in Australia.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, rhode, or MECCA.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period
The giveaway commences on Friday 27 February and closes at 11:59PM (AEDT) on Sunday 8 March 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must during the Promotional Period:

  1. Follow @wearbybae on Instagram or TikTok

  2. Like and save the giveaway post

  3. Tag at least one other person in the comments of the giveaway post

Multiple entries are permitted. Each additional tag counts as one entry. Tagged accounts must be real individuals (no fake or spam accounts).

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

  • 1x bybae SKY BLUE Bundle (Bloom Tank, Bloom Shorts, Bloom Sports Bra in Sky Blue)

  • 1x rhode Limited Edition Oversized Bubble Bag in Sugarberry

  • 1x rhode Limited Edition Peptide Lip Treatment in Sugarberry

Total prize value: AUD $268.

The winner may select their preferred sizes for the bybae SKY BLUE Bundle, subject to availability at the time of prize fulfilment. If a selected size is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to provide the closest available alternative size or substitute that element with a product of equal or greater value.

If any element of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that element with a product of equal or greater value.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.

The draw will take place within 48 hours of the competition closing date.

The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered from.

The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted. If no response is received, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw a new winner.

The Promoter will verify that the winner has met all entry requirements prior to awarding the prize.

7. Delivery of Prize
The prize will be posted via Australia Post (using Standard Delivery) to an Australian address provided by the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage in transit.

8. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

9. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the promotion if necessary.
